1) Who are Kit for Kids?
Kit for Kids design children’s furniture and educational products for schools and nurseries around the world specialising in the Early Years sector.
We focus on the aspects of a child’s journey that really matter; care, development and growth.
We create distinctive products with the sole aim to make children smile.
Bought by One for Fun Ltd in 2019, an experienced wholesaler of toys and gifts, we now focus solely on the Education sector. As the Educational specialist within the group we are continuing our work to create the ideal learning environments for the next generation.
2) Where can I purchase your products?
We sell our products through Educational Suppliers and recommend putting into google the name of the product you are looking for it see who supplies this item. Or you are welcome to email us at email@example.com with the product/s you are interested in.
3) I’m one of your suppliers. How do I access product information & pictures through your website?
As one of our suppliers you can access the trade support area to access hi-resolution pictures, copy and all other product information. To create a supplier profile, go to www.kitforkids.com and under the search bar click on Sign Up. If you have any difficulties in the sign up process please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
4) I have forgotten my login for your website. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password to the trade support area then please email email@example.com and we can reset it for you. Please provide the email and name you signed up with so that we can locate your profile.

1) I have a few questions about your products, how do I contact you?

2) I have an issue with one of your products, what do I do?
Please contact the company that you purchased the items through and they will be able to assist you. In order to investigate any faults we will need to see pictures of the issue so please include these in the email to your supplier.
3) Do your products come with a warranty?
All of our products come with a 1 year warranty, with the exception of our large classroom trolleys which have a 5 year warranty. Please report any issues as quickly as possible to the company that you purchased the items through.
4) My product is out of warranty. Can I purchase parts direct from you?
We sell spare casters, hooks and table legs direct. Please contact email@example.com for our latest pricing and lead times.
5) How do I clean my product?
The majority of items should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth, but do not rub. Never use soap, laundry detergent or any strong household cleaning agents. When vacuuming carpets have this on the lighter setting and avoid going over binding and edging.
6) Do your products meet all relevant safety standards?
All of our products comply with the latest UK and European Safety Standards. Our trolleys meet the BS5873 testing standard for strength and stability. If you are a trade customer and require more detailed information please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
