Kit for Kids acquired by Tobar Group Trading Ltd

On the 22nd February Tobar Group Trading Ltd bought the business assets of Kit for Kids Education. Tobar is a wholesaler of toys and gifts to a broad range of customers who have been trading for over 45 years.

The Kit for Kids brand will continue to offer the same range and quality of educational products through the same channels. Our plan is to focus on the strong reputation and products that we have developed in the Education market, with the added security of becoming part of the larger Tobar Group which will offer us a platform to grow.

David Mordecai, CEO of Tobar said “This is a great opportunity for Tobar to expand into the education market and is a natural progression for us, I see Kit for Kids as our new education division”. 

Kit for Kids will remain a separate brand and will be based in Tonbridge whilst Tobar Head office remains in Norwich.
